Agios Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the Company) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 29, 2019. The following is a summary of the matters voted on at that meeting.
1. | The Companys stockholders elected Jacqualyn A. Fouse, Ph.D., David Scadden, M.D. and David P. Schenkein, M.D. as class III directors, each to serve for a three-year term expiring at the 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until his or her successor has been duly elected and qualified.
